Lemonade for Foster-Aid
Every summer, our community comes together to do something sweet for an important cause. The Lemonade for Foster-Aid event invites kids, families, and local businesses to raise funds and awareness for children in foster care right here in Santa Clarita Valley. Whether you run a classic lemonade stand or get creative with a full setup, your effort goes directly toward supporting the most vulnerable kids in our community.
2026 Sign-Ups: Now Open for the July 18th Event!
We'd love to have you join us this summer! Whether you're a kid with a lemonade stand or a family hosting something bigger, there's a place for you in the Lemonade Brigade. There are even prizes for the best stand design and the most money raised — so get creative and have fun with it!

Kit Pickup — Saturday, July 11th

Saturday, July 11th · 9:00 – 11:00 AM
Where:
28077 Smyth Drive, Valencia
Come pick up your kit and get a tour of the RISE facility — we'd love to show you what your fundraising is supporting!
Can't make it on July 8th? No problem. Just reach out and we'll make other arrangements for you.
Your Lemonade Kit Includes:
QR Code for payments — laminated and Velcro-backed, unique to your stand
2 pairs of custom sunglasses
Foster Care info materials
RISE Signage to display at your stand
A link on our website to your stand's location
Entry into our stand competitions
Planning Your Stand
Once you've locked in your stand name, location, and time — send us the details! We'll post your stand on the RISE website so people in your area can find and support you.
Think through your setup: what you'll serve, what supplies you'll need, and whether you'd like to have a small cash box for cash donations on the day of your stand.
Most importantly — document the journey! Post your progress photos and tag us so we can cheer you on every step of the way.
Spread the Word!
Help us get the word out so your stand can make the biggest impact:
• Share your stand details on social media and invite friends and family to come support you.
• Repost our Instagram ads for the event — we'll keep posting more as we get closer to July!
• Use the RISE flyer to promote your stand in your neighborhood — just fill in your date and time in the "WHEN" section before printing.

Giftshop for Foster-Aid
Coming Soon!
Our Christmas Gratitude Giftshop has grown tremendously over the past four years—from 12 social workers and 150 gifts in its first year to 130 social workers and 1,500 gifts today! This special event gives social workers the chance to shop for the children on their caseloads, ensuring every child experiences joy and care during the holiday season.
It’s also a wonderful opportunity to show appreciation for the incredible social workers who serve these families year-round. Local businesses host Christmas boxes, collect toys, and generous volunteers make it all possible. Together, we create an amazing celebration of community, gratitude, and holiday spirit—helping meet the needs of children and families when it matters most.
